Arrival & Access
Building & Apartment Access
Step 1: Arrival and Building Entry
If arriving via rideshare:
Use the front glass doors under the Mint House sign. At the keypad on your right, enter your unique door code followed by the # key to unlock the doors. This entrance brings you directly to the building’s second floor. Follow the directional signage to locate your apartment.
If driving:
To access the garage, you must reserve parking in advance. Click here to secure your reservation.
After passing the main entrance on Rosa L. Parks Ave, continue just a few feet further. The gated parking entrance will be on your left. Use your unique door code followed by the # key at the keypad to open the gate. Once parked, you can enter the building directly from the lot using the same code.

Step 2: Elevator Access
Once inside:
-If entering from the main lobby, elevators are on your left
-If entering from the parking lot, head down the hall and to your right
-Take the elevator to your assigned floor
Step 3: Apartment Entry
At your apartment door, enter the 4-digit code from your arrival email, then press the checkmark. The door will lock automatically when closed.
To manually lock the door when leaving, press any key on the keypad.

Parking
Parking Information
Mint House guests can reserve parking for a nightly rate of $40. Reservations are required and subject to availability. Please click here to secure your parking spot reservation.
Location & Directions: The parking lot entrance is located just past the main building entrance on Rosa L Parks Ave. To enter, use the keypad in front of the gate. Enter your unique code followed by the # key. Park in any available spot and use the same code to access the building from the parking lot.
Enforcement: Parking policies are strictly enforced. Vehicles without a registered parking reservation are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. For towing inquiries, contact Dad’s Towing Service at 615-833-3703.
EV Charging Stations: Please note that EV charging stations are not available onsite.

Apartment Features
WiFi & TV
Mint House provides complimentary WiFi throughout your stay, with access available both inside your apartment and in shared spaces throughout the building.
WiFi Access
Whether you’re working, streaming, or just browsing, WiFi is available in your apartment and all common areas. Each apartment has a private WiFi network with faster speeds and a more stable connection.

Towels & Linens
Your room is stocked with towels and linens for each guest. Additional bath towels are located under the bathroom vanity. The sofa bed linens, blankets and pillows are located in the primary closet (in units with sofa beds).
Please help us stay green by re-using the towels provided and use the in unit washer and dryer to keep towels and linens fresh. If you need additional towels or linens, please reach out to Guest Services.
Thermostat
To operate your thermostat, press the Mode button to cycle between Heat, Cool, or Off.
Once you’ve selected heating or cooling, use the + or – buttons to set your preferred temperature.
To adjust the fan, press the Fan button until your desired setting is displayed:
– Auto Fan: The fan turns on and off automatically to maintain your selected temperature.
– On: The fan runs continuously.
Once your preferred fan mode appears on the screen, leave it as-is to activate.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, glassware, dishware, and utensils. Dishwasher pods and additional trash bags are provided under the kitchen sink, with extra available upon request.
Laundry
Use of the washer & dryer as well as complimentary laundry pods are included in your stay. Pods are located on the shelf above the washer and dryer. Additional pods can be provided upon request.

Housekeeping
At Mint House, we’re committed to both your comfort and environmental sustainability. To minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact, housekeeping services are available by request only with at least 24 hours’ notice. Our Full Clean includes towel replacement, trash removal, restocking of toiletries and paper goods, thorough floor cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping), fresh linens and towels, surface disinfection, and full replenishment of in-room amenities. This service is available by request and is priced at $65 for studios and one-bedrooms, and $75 for two- and three-bedrooms.

Packages & Mail
While packages cannot be delivered directly to the building, we’ve made sure you have convenient alternatives nearby.
Offsite Pickup with Bounce
We’ve partnered with Bounce to offer secure offsite package acceptance. You can find nearby pickup locations, view pricing, and schedule a delivery here. It’s a simple, flexible way to receive packages while you’re here.
Amazon Orders
If You’re ordering from Amazon, we recommend using a nearby Amazon Hub Locker for quick and secure pickup:
Amazon Locker – Idrissa

(Located inside 7Eleven, about a 6-minute walk from your apartment)
At checkout, select “Amazon Locker – Idrissa” and use ZIP code 37203. Once your package is delivered, Amazon will send you a pickup code to access the locker.
Trash
A large trash dumpster is located in the parking lot near the exit. Guests are welcome to use it to dispose of any trash during their stay.
Please ensure all trash is securely bagged, and break down any cardboard boxes before disposing of them.

You’re welcome to order delivery during your stay. When your driver arrives, please meet them in the Mint House lobby.

Building Amenities
Fitness Center
Located on the second floor, the fitness center is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It features cardio equipment, free weights, and multi-functional strength machines for a complete workout.
Outdoor Terrace & Fireplace
The outdoor fireplace is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For safety, please keep yourself and any flammable items away from the flame and off the ledge. Guests may request staff assistance to turn on the fire pit.

The Vault
Located on the 2nd floor, this exclusive space is available for private events only. It features The Reserve’s original vault doors, conference seating for up to 28 guests with breakout rooms, and a full kitchen.

Located on the 3rd floor and accessible 24/7, this versatile amenity space is ideal for working, relaxing, or unwinding. It is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The space can also be rented for private events accommodating up to 60 guests, featuring both indoor and outdoor areas.

Building History
The Reserve building is steeped in history, featuring four original bank vault doors that serve as striking reminders of its past. In the gym, shredded Federal Reserve currency offers a unique glimpse into the building’s legacy. A photo of the original land sale contract, signed in the early 1900s by Frank and Beulah Evers, is proudly displayed in the lobby, marking the property’s transition to the Federal Reserve. These vault doors, expertly crafted by the Mosler Safe Company, highlight the superior security standards of their time and add to the building’s timeless appeal.

Occupancy & Quiet Hours
To help ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and residents, we kindly ask that you observe the following occupancy limits:
Studio: 2
One Bedroom 4
Two Bedroom: 6
As this is a residential building, please be mindful of our quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Loud gatherings and parties are not permitted.
Violations may result in penalties or eviction, as outlined in our fee schedule.

Pet Policy
We’re delighted to welcome you and your dog to Mint House. To help ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines:
Pet Registration: All pets must be registered before the time of check-in. Please complete our Pet Registration Form to confirm your pet’s details.
Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay for 1 – 27 nights, or $100 per month for reservations 28+ nights will be charged to your account. Additional charges may apply if additional cleaning is required.
Unregistered Pets: Guests who do not register their pet are subject to the following:
-$500 unregistered pet fee
-$150 additional cleaning fee if the pet stayed in a non-designated pet-friendly room
-Charges for any damages as outlined in our fee schedule
Acceptable Pets: We welcome well-mannered dogs but reserve the right to request removal of any pet displaying disruptive behavior (biting, excessive barking, etc.). Maximum of two (2) pets per room. (Dogs permitted only)
Breed Restrictions (aggressive breeds not permitted):

Pet Control: Pets must be leashed or caged in all public areas.
Housekeeping & Maintenance: Our team will only enter your room if:
-Your pet is not present, or
-You are present and can monitor your pet (dogs must be leashed), or
-Your pet is securely caged.
Damage Policy: Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to your account for repair or replacement as outlined via our fee schedule.
Compliance & Violations: Guests who fail to register their pets before check-in or do not comply with this policy may be subject to additional fees and revocation of their stay without a refund as outlined via our fee schedule. Any violations or disruptions caused by a pet, including excessive noise or aggressive behavior, may also result in the guest’s stay being revoked.
Smoking Policy
All Mint House properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our apartments, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot away from the entry door by the smoking receptacle. Any sign of smoking in prohibited areas is a violation of our stay agreement. Please refer to our fee schedule for more details.

Checkout time is 11:00 AM. When you’re ready to depart, please hang the check-out door hanger on the outside of your door and exit the unit.
