Terms of Service Violation

Fee Schedule

Mint House Inc. reserves the right to charge the following fees for specific violations of our terms of service:

Damage to and/or Loss or Theft of Guest Accommodations:

  • General Unit and/or Property Damage (Physical damage to building) ­- $1,000
  • Hardware (NoiseAware, Smoke Alarms, Door Locks) – $1,000
  • Large Furnishings (Couches, Mattresses, TV’s) – $1,000
  • Small Furnishings (Tables, Chairs, Rugs, etc.) – $600
  • Art, Décor, and Lighting – $200
  • Guest Amenities (Kitchen and/or Bathroom Supplies) – $200
  • Linens and Towels – $200
  • Loss of Guest Amenities (Key Fob and/or Parking Pass) – $150

Guest Conduct:

  • Excessive Noise and/or Disruption of the Peace – $1,500 and revocation of stay without refund
  • Violation of No-Smoking Policy (on or within premises) – $1,000
  • Exceeding Room Capacity – $500
  • Violation of Pet Policy – $100 + all pet and cleaning fees (up to $1,000) and revocation of stay without refund
  • Illegal Substance Use (on or within premises) – $100 and revocation of stay without refund
  • Delayed Checkout – $100/hour
  • Additional Cleaning Fee – $150
  • Poor Conduct with Management and/or Guests – Revocation of stay without refund
  • Confirmation of Financial and/or Identity Fraud – Revocation of stay without refund
  • *Late payment: $100 assessed on the 6th day past due

*As permitted in accordance with local or state law

Mint House reserves the right to charge any and all fees of the above violations in addition to excessive violations beyond this schedule as outlined in the Mint House Inc. Terms of Service.
