Arrival & Access

Building & Apartment Access

Step 1: Arrival and Building Entry

 

If arriving by rideshare:
Have your driver drop you near the main glass doors under the Mint House sign. Enter through the doors, then locate the call box on your left. Use the arrow buttons to scroll to your apartment, press the green call button, and when prompted, enter your unique door code.

 

If driving:
The parking lot is directly in front of the building at the intersection of River St. & Falls Park Dr.
Please park only in general, unmarked spaces. Spots labeled “Reserved” or “2-Hour Parking” are not available for overnight guest parking.

 

– If your parking reservation was made before 3:00 PM on your arrival day, your pass will be waiting inside your apartment.
– If made after 3:00 PM, please contact our Guest Experience Team for pickup instructions.
Your parking pass must be hung on your rearview mirror during your stay and returned at checkout to avoid additional fees.
⚠️ Vehicles without a valid pass or parked in unauthorized areas are subject to towing.

 

Step 2: Elevator Access
The elevators are to your left once you enter the building. Select your assigned floor to proceed to your apartment.

 

Step 3: Apartment Entry
At your apartment door, enter the 4-digit code found in your arrival details, then press the checkmark.
The door locks automatically behind you. To manually lock it when leaving, press any button on the keypad.

 

Step 4: Key Fobs
Inside your apartment, you’ll find two key fobs for convenient access to the building and amenity spaces throughout your stay.

Parking

Parking Information

Guests may reserve parking for a nightly rate of $10. Reservations are required and subject to availability. Click here to reserve your parking spot.

 

Confirmation and Parking Pass:
Once your parking reservation is confirmed, a parking pass will be placed inside your apartment. If your reservation is made after 3:00 PM on your arrival day, please contact our Guest Experience Team for pickup instructions. The parking pass must be displayed on your vehicle during your stay and returned at checkout to avoid additional fees.

 

Location and Directions:
The parking lot is located in front of the building at the intersection of River St. & Falls Park Dr. Please park only in general, unmarked spaces. Spaces labeled “Reserved” or “2-Hour Parking” are not available for overnight guest use.
Overflow parking is available in the adjacent lot next to the building.

 

Enforcement:
Parking policies are strictly enforced. Do not park in “Reserved” or “2-Hour Parking” spaces.
Park only in general spaces and ensure your Mint House parking pass is visible.
Vehicles parked improperly or without a valid pass may be towed at the owner’s expense.

 

Returning Your Parking Pass:
At departure, please return your parking pass and key fobs to avoid additional charges.
Drop them in the designated Mint House drop box located in the main entrance vestibule.

Apartment Features

WiFi & TV

Mint House provides complimentary WiFi throughout your stay, with access available both inside your apartment and in shared spaces throughout the building.

 

WiFi Access
Whether you’re working, streaming, or just browsing, WiFi is available in your apartment and all common areas:

Streaming & TV Access

 

Your apartment is equipped with a Roku device for easy access to your favorite streaming apps and services. Click here for instructions.

Towels & Linens

Your room is stocked with towels and linens for each guest. Additional bath towels are located under the bathroom vanity. The sofa bed linens, blankets and pillows are located in the primary closet (in units with sofa beds).

 

Please help us stay green by re-using the towels provided and use the in unit washer and dryer to keep towels and linens fresh. If you need additional towels or linens, please reach out to Guest Services.

Thermostat

To operate your thermostat, press the Mode button to cycle between Heat, Cool, or Off.

 

Once you’ve selected heating or cooling, use the + or – buttons to set your preferred temperature.

 

To adjust the fan, press the Fan button until your desired setting is displayed:

 

– Auto Fan: The fan turns on and off automatically to maintain your selected temperature.
– On: The fan runs continuously.

 

Once your preferred fan mode appears on the screen, leave it as-is to activate.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, glassware, dishware, and utensils. Dishwasher pods and additional trash bags are provided under the kitchen sink, with extra available upon request.

Laundry

Use of the washer & dryer as well as complimentary laundry pods are included in your stay. Pods are located on the shelf above the washer and dryer. Additional pods can be provided upon request.

Stay Services

Housekeeping

At Mint House, we’re committed to both your comfort and environmental sustainability. To minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact, housekeeping services are available by request only with at least 24 hours’ notice. To schedule service, please call us at (855) 972-9090 or text us at (646) 846-7374.

 

Our Full Clean includes towel replacement, trash removal, restocking of toiletries and paper goods, thorough floor cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping), fresh linens and towels, surface disinfection, and full replenishment of in-room amenities. This service is available by request and is priced at $65 for studios and one-bedrooms, and $75 for two- and three-bedrooms.

Packages & Mail

While packages can’t be delivered directly to the building, we’ve made sure you still have convenient options nearby.

 

Offsite Pickup with Bounce
We’ve partnered with Bounce to offer secure offsite package acceptance. You can find nearby pickup locations, view pricing, and schedule a delivery here. It’s a simple, flexible way to receive packages while you’re here.

 

Amazon Orders
If You’re ordering from Amazon, we recommend using a nearby Amazon Hub Locker for quick and secure pickup:

(Located inside Staples, about a 10-minute walk from your apartment)

 

At checkout, select “Amazon Locker – Empowerment” and use ZIP code 29601. Once your item is delivered, Amazon will send you a pickup code to access your locker.

Trash

Trash and recycling chutes are located at the end of the hallway near apartments K and L.

 

Please ensure all trash is securely bagged, and break down any cardboard boxes before placing them in the recycling chute. Thank you for helping us keep the building clean and comfortable for everyone.

Food Delivery

You’re welcome to order delivery during your stay. When your driver arrives, please plan to meet them at the entrance where you first entered the building.

Fitness Center

 

Open 24 hours. Located just past Orangetheory on the exterior of the building. Please use your unique door code followed by # for access.

Orangetheory Fitness

We’ve partnered with Orangetheory Fitness for our guests to enjoy up to two complimentary classes. You’ll also unlock exclusive discounted rates for the duration of your stay, if you are staying longer. Click here to get started.

The Essentials

After-Hours Guest Cabinet

 

Should you need anything after our team has wrapped for the day, a self-service supply cabinet is available on the first floor, between the elevators. You’ll find extra towels, linens, toiletries, and other everyday necessities to help make your stay more comfortable.

 

We kindly ask that you take only what you need so all guests can continue to enjoy access to these items.

House Rules

Occupancy & Quiet Hours

To help ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and residents, we kindly ask that you observe the following occupancy limits:

 

One Bedroom: 4
Two Bedroom: 6
Three Bedroom: 8

 

As this is a residential building, please be mindful of our quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Loud gatherings and parties are not permitted. Violations may result in penalties or eviction, as outlined in our fee schedule.

Pet Policy

We’re delighted to welcome you and your dog to Mint House. To help ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines:

 

Pet Fee
A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay (1–27 nights) or $100 per month (28+ nights) will be applied. Additional charges may be incurred if extra cleaning is required.

 

Acceptable Pets
We allow up to two well-behaved dogs per unit. If a pet shows disruptive behavior, such as excessive barking or aggression, we may ask that it be removed for the comfort of other guests.

 

Breed Restrictions
For safety reasons, the following breeds (and mixes) are not permitted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf Dogs & Hybrids

 

Leash Policy
All pets must be leashed or caged in public and shared areas of the building.

 

Housekeeping & Maintenance Access
Our team may enter your unit only when:
– Your pet is not present
– You are present and can supervise (dog leashed)
– Your pet is securely caged

 

Damage & Cleaning
Any damage caused by your pet will be assessed and billed according to our fee schedule.

 

Unregistered Pets
Pets that are not registered with us may result in additional fees or cancellation of your stay, in accordance with our fee schedule.

Smoking Policy

All Mint House properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our apartments, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot away from the entry door by the smoking receptacle. Any sign of smoking in prohibited areas is a violation of our stay agreement. Please refer to our fee schedule for more details.

Departure

Checkout Instructions

Checkout time is 11:00 AM. When you’re ready to depart, please hang the check-out door hanger on the outside of your door and leave all key fobs inside the unit.

 

If you parked with us, please return your parking pass to the designated Mint House drop box located in the main entrance.

 

If you require a late checkout, please check availability with our 24/7 Guest Experience team by calling (855) 972-9090 or texting (646) 846-7374. To avoid additional charges, make sure all checkout steps are completed. For more details, refer to our fee schedule.

Luggage Storage

Unattended, unmonitored self-storage is available on a first-come, first-served basis, located on the first floor just past the elevator.
