Amenities
Wifi & TV
For high-speed Wi-Fi, please connect to the Mint House Guest Network and follow the on-screen prompts. Should a password be required please contact our Property Host.
Mint House offers Roku, which allows you to access your favorite channels and movies. For detailed instructions, please click here.
Thermostat
A thermostat to control the in-room temperature can be found on each HVAC unit. Please tap the screen of the thermostat to activate the settings. To change the mode of the HVAC unit, please tap the icon on the top center of the screen to choose between Heat, Cool, and OFF.
Once the mode has been chosen, you may choose your desired temperature. Please drag the temperature dial on the right-hand side of the screen, up for a higher temperature or down for a lower temperature, to your preferred temperature.
Kitchen
Feel free to make full use of the kitchen during your stay, which is fully equipped with stainless steel cookware, glassware, dishware, and utensils. We also offer additional cooking equipment for rent if needed. Dishwasher pods are provided under the kitchen sink, with extra pods available upon request.
You’re welcome to order from local food delivery services. Please be sure to collect your delivery from your courier at your door.

Extra Towels & Linens
Your apartment is stocked with towels and linens for each guest. Please help us stay green by reusing the towels, conveniently located in the linen closet near the bathroom. If you need more, please contact Guest Services for assistance.
Sofa Bed
For apartments with a sofa bed, fresh linens, blankets, and pillows are available in the primary bedroom closet or the linen closet near the bathroom. If you need more, please contact Guest Services for assistance.

Laundry Services
Not all of our accommodations are equipped with a Washer/Dryer, however, our property offers Valet & Self-Service Laundry Options.
For Valet Laundry, you’ll find a laundry bag conveniently placed inside the closet, complete with easy-to-follow instructions on the order form included. Once the form has been completed, please bring the laundry bag to the Front Desk.
For your convenience, there’s self-service laundry available on the sixth floor next to apartment No. 605. Just swipe your debit or credit card (with the chip facing out) on the machine to get started.
Housekeeping Services
We take our commitment to the environment seriously, so we strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources. With this goal in mind, housekeeping services are scheduled according to how many nights you’re staying with us.
Schedule:
2-7 night stays: Daily refresh service only
8-10 night stays: Daily refresh service + full housekeeping service on the 5th day
11-28 night stays: Daily refresh service + full housekeeping service on the 7th day
Daily Refresh: consists of our housekeeping team replacing used towels (left on the floor), emptying the trash, replenishing soap and toilet paper, and making the bed with existing linen.
Full Clean: consists of our housekeeping team dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, changing linen and towels, replenishing soap and toilet paper.
Extended Stay Reservations: if you are staying with us for 29 nights or more housekeeping service is not included in your nightly rate, however is available for an additional fee. Please contact our Hosts a for additional information.

Parking Information
On-site parking is not available at the 70 Pine property.

Mint House has partnered with iPark to provide our guests with discounted parking rates. First come, first serve parking is available at the following Public parking garages:

- 6 AM to Midnight (Weekdays)
- 7 AM to Midnight (Weekends)
- iPark at 201 Pearl Street

- Both lots offer parking with no in-and-out privileges

- Once your vehicle has been parked in one of these garages, please bring your clam ticket to the Property Host so they can validate this discount for you.

Fitness Center
Located on floor B. Hours: Monday – Friday: 6AM – 9PM Saturday & Sunday: 8AM – 6PM
The fitness center is named AREA. Please check-in with the gym concierge by providing your name, as only registered guests will have access to gym facilities.
Personal training and group classes are available at an additional fee.
City Acres Market
City Acres Market at 70 Pine combines a gourmet grocer and a curated food hall, offering convenient, one-stop shopping for residents. Located on floor B or accessible from Cedar Street, the market features fresh produce, staple ingredients, prepared foods, and baked goods.

Occupancy & Quiet Hours
We kindly ask that you please follow the maximum occupancy guidelines for each room type:
Classic Queen/Studio/Studio Plus – 2 persons
Studio Deluxe – 4 persons
Junior One Bedroom/One Bedroom, One Bathroom/One Bedroom Plus, Two Bathroom – 4 persons
One Bedroom Deluxe – 6 persons
Two Bedrooms – 6 persons
While enjoying your stay, please be mindful that this is a residential building. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Loud and excessive parties are prohibited and will be considered a violation of our stay agreement, incurring a fee as outlined in our fee schedule.
Smoking Policy
All Mint House properties maintain a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited within or outside our apartments. Guests may smoke only on the streets outside the hotel premises. Any indication of smoking in non-designated areas will be considered a violation of our stay agreement and will be assessed a fee as outlined in our fee schedule.
Pet Policy & Rules
We’re excited to welcome you and your pet to Mint House at 70 Pine – NYC! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please review the following policies:
Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay for 1 – 29 nights, or $100 per month for reservations 30+ nights will be charged to your account. Additional charges may apply if additional cleaning is required.
Acceptable Pets: We welcome well-mannered dogs but reserve the right to request removal of any pet displaying disruptive behavior (biting, excessive barking, etc.).
Maximum of two (2) pets per room. (Dogs & cats permitted only).
Breed Restrictions (aggressive breeds not permitted):

-Rottweiler
-Chow Chow
-Wolf Dogs and Hybrids
Pet-Friendly Areas: Pets are allowed only in designated areas which are outlined on the property Map. Pets are not allowed in public areas where food & beverages are served.
Pet Control: Pets must be leashed or caged in all public areas.
Housekeeping & Maintenance: Our team will only enter your room if:
-Your pet is not present, or
-You are present and can monitor your pet (dogs must be leashed), or
-Your pet is securely caged.
Damage Policy: Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to your account for repair or replacement as outlined via our fee schedule.
Release & Indemnification: By agreeing to our terms of service during the booking process, guests agree to release, defend, and indemnify Mint House at 70 Pine – NYC from any and all claims or damages related to your pet or your pet’s stay at 70 Pine including any claims by third-parties.
Guests who fail to register their pets with Mint House will be subject to penalties and may face revocation of their stay without a refund, as outlined in our fee schedule.
Checkout
Checkout Instructions
Check out time is 11AM. Please remember to check your apartment to ensure you didn’t leave anything behind. Late check outs may be granted based on availability, fees may apply. Please see our Property Hosts in the Mint House lobby for assistance.
Trash Disposal
Trash rooms are conveniently located on each floor near the main elevators. Please ensure any excess rubbish is properly disposed of in these areas. If you need additional trash bags, please reach out to our Property Host for assistance.
Luggage Storage
Mint House offers complimentary luggage storage on your day of arrival or departure. Please see our Property Hosts in the Mint House lobby for assistance.
Lost & Found Policy
If you have left behind any items in your room, we will happily keep them for 30 days. We ask that you please follow the link below, to provide us all the details of what we will be looking for. Upon submission of your lost item report, you will receive further instructions. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
