Wifi & TV

WiFi Network: Mint House Guest, Password will be provided upon check-in.


Mint House offers standard cable TV with on-demand showtime.


The thermostat is automatically programmed prior to your arrival. If you choose to adjust the temperature during your stay, please turn it back to its original setting prior to checkout.


Feel free to use the kitchen as you please during your stay. It is fully-equipped with stainless steel cookware, glassware, dishware and utensils. Dishwasher pods are provided and additional pods may be provided upon request.


You are more than welcome to order from local food delivery services during your stay with us. Please collect your delivery from your courier at your door.

Extra Towels & Linens

Your room is stocked with towels and linens for each guest. Please help us stay green by re-using the towels provided. If you need additional towels or linens please reach out to Guest Services. Text 649-846-2122.

Laundry Services

A dry cleaning bag can be found inside the closet. Please follow the instructions on the order form included with the bag.


Additionally, there is self-service laundry located on the sixth floor. Use the dry cleaning bag found in your closet for small loads of laundry. Simply swipe your debit or credit card on the machine to get started.

Housekeeping Services

We take our commitment to the environment seriously, so we strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources. With this goal in mind, housekeeping services are scheduled according to how many nights you’re staying with us.


2-7 night stays: Daily refresh service only
8-10 night stays: Daily refresh service + full housekeeping service on the 5th day
11-28 night stays: Daily refresh service + full housekeeping service on the 7th day


Daily Refresh: consists of our housekeeping team replacing used towels (left on the floor), emptying the trash, replenishing soap and toilet paper, and making the bed with existing linen.


Full Clean: consists of our housekeeping team dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, changing linen and towels, replenishing soap and toilet paper.


Extended Stay Reservations: if you are staying with us for 29 nights or more housekeeping service is not included in your nightly rate, however is available for an additional fee. Please contact our Hosts a for additional information.


Parking Information

Parking isn’t included at this building. Public parking garages nearby offering discounted rates for Mint House guests are:


iPark located on 201 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10005 (Open 24 hours)

iPark located on 9 Cedar Street, New York, NY 10005 (limited overnight hours)


The cost is $50 USD for a sedan and $60 USD for an SUV per 24 hours. No in and out privileges are included.

Building Amenities

Fitness Center

Located on floor B & SC. Hours: Sunday: 8am-6pm; Monday-Friday: 6am-9pm; Saturday: 8am-6pm.


The fitness center is named AREA. Please check-in with the gym concierge by providing your name, as only registered guests will have access to gym facilities. There is also a secondary gym focused on strength training – for access please check-in with the gym concierge on the basement level.


Personal training & pilates reformer are available at an additional fee.

House Rules

Occupancy & Quiet Hours

We kindly ask that you please follow the maximum occupancy guidelines for each room type:

Studio/Plus – 2
Studio Deluxe – 4
One Bedroom – 4
One Bedroom Deluxe – 6
Two Bedroom – 6


While enjoying your stay, please be mindful that this is a residential building. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM. Loud and excessive parties are prohibited.

Smoking Policy

All Mint House properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our apartments, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot away from the entry door by the smoking receptacle. Any sign of smoking in prohibited areas is a violation of our stay agreement. Please refer to our fee schedule for more details.


Checkout Instructions

Checkout time is at 11AM. Please remember to check your apartment to ensure you didn’t leave anything behind.

Trash Disposal

Please ensure to empty the refrigerator and freezer prior to checkout. Refuse room is located on each floor by the elevators.

Lost & Found Policy

If you have left behind any items in your room, we will happily keep them for 30 days. To retrieve your items, please click here and enter 73055.
