Everything’s bigger in Texas, but not much is bigger than the 50-story Santander Tower. As our guest at Mint House Dallas – Santander Tower, you’ll be in the heart of downtown Dallas’s Historic Main Street District with access to sweeping views of uptown, downtown, the Trinity River and East Dallas in a studio, one or two-bedroom suite with up to three times the space of traditional short-term rentals, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, free WiFi, comfortable beds and spacious living areas for relaxing, entertaining and remote working. You’ll also have exclusive access to The Tower Club, one of Dallas’s most celebrated members’ clubs, located on the 48th floor with panoramic views of the city, as well as an on-site conference room and the building’s Executive Fitness Club.
From the sweeping views of The Big D for miles in every direction to Tony Tasset’s 30-foot tall giant Eye sculpture just downstairs from room, at Mint House Dallas – Santander Tower, you will be in one of Dallas’s premier spots to see and be seen. Head up to The Tower Club on the 48th floor to mix with its membership base of creatives and thought leaders, take a swing at BigShots indoor golf lounge, and nosh on modern cuisine with a Texas terroir at the two onsite restaurants helmed by executive chef, Brandon Galitz (try the duck prosciutto flatbread at Sage or the Texas Wagyu at Monarch). While there’s enough to do in the building that you never have to leave, you won’t want to miss some of Dallas’s most important destinations all within a few minutes’ walk. Just across Thanks-Giving Square is the Dallas Museum of Art, one of the largest in the country and home to 24,000 pieces of art from ancient to modern times, including The Icebergs, by Frederic Edwin Church, a masterpiece whose history includes being lost for 116 years. Or head west on Elm Street to Dealey Plaza, where the dark history of the Kennedy assassination is contextualized with interactive exhibits about that period in American history. For some of the best live music in town, take a car to Deep Ellum, about a mile-and-a-half away, where you have your choice of country, folk, rock or any other kind of music that happens to be coming through town. Armoury De, a Hungarian restaurant there with an impressively expansive drinks menu, has free shows on weekends.
