After booking your stay, you’ll receive two emails from Mint House.The first will arrive immediately and includes a summary of your reservation along with a link to complete your Virtual Check-In.
Once your Virtual Check-In is complete, you’ll receive a second email 18 hours before check-in (local time) with everything you need to access your apartment and building amenities.

The Virtual Check-In is a quick, secure pre-screening process required before your stay. It helps ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
We strongly recommend completing it in advance to avoid any delays—you won’t receive your check-in instructions until the Virtual Check-In is complete.
Your check-in instructions will be emailed to you 18 hours before your scheduled arrival (local time), using the email address provided at booking.
To receive these instructions, you must first complete your Virtual Check-In. If it’s not complete, you won’t be able to access your room.

The $200.00 charge is a refundable security deposit.
Because our accommodations are fully equipped apartments, we require a USD $200.00 security deposit per reservation.
This hold will automatically renew every seven days until your departure, unless it’s used to cover incidental charges.
Please note: the hold typically expires within 7–10 business days after your departure, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Once you’ve completed your Virtual Check-In and provided a credit card for the security deposit, no further action is needed.
