Arrival & Access

Building & Apartment Access

Please note: You’ll need to download the OpenKey app prior to arrival, as it is required to access your apartment.

Step 1: Arrival and Building Entry
If arriving via rideshare:
Head to the Infinity Lofts main entrance, located at the top of the stairs just to the right of the leasing office on Pine Street.

-At the call box to the left of the door, enter # then the building access code found in your arrival details to unlock the door
-Once inside, turn right down the hallway and press the button to open the frosted glass doors
-Follow signs to the elevator and take it to the third floor

 

If driving:
The parking garage entrance is at 320 11th Ave S, directly in front of the Wings Mural. Note: the entry is narrow, please proceed slowly.
-This is a public garage — guests may park on either of the first two floors
-Scan the QR code posted onsite to complete payment after parking
-The building entrance is at the top of level 1
-Use the call box to the left of the door and enter the building access code found in your arrival details to unlock the door
-Once inside, go through the door on the right to reach the elevators
-Take the elevator to the third floor

 

Step 2: Apartment Entry
Open the OpenKey app and hold your phone over the black sensor on the door lock.

-Tap the orange button in the app
-Wait for the buzzing sound to confirm the door has unlocked
-The door will automatically lock after four seconds, be sure to keep your phone with you whenever you leave the apartment

 

Note: You can share access with others in your group using the app’s “Share Key” feature.

Parking

Parking Information

Guests traveling with a vehicle may use the onsite public parking garage operated by Metropolis Parking. No reservation is required. Payment must be made by scanning the QR code posted inside the garage.

 

Garage Entrance
The entrance to the garage is located at 320 11th Ave S, directly in front of the Wings Mural. Please note that the entrance is narrow—drive slowly and with caution when entering.

 

Where to Park
You may park on level 1 or 2 in any non-reserved space. Reserved or labeled spots are not available for guest use.

 

Payment & Enforcement
Parking enforcement is managed by Metropolis Parking. All vehicles must complete payment via the posted QR code. Cars parked in restricted spaces or without payment may be towed at the owner’s expense. Please follow all posted signage and garage rules.

WiFi & TV

To keep you connected throughout your stay, Mint House offers two WiFi networks, one for use inside your apartment and another for shared spaces throughout the building.

Each apartment has a private WiFi network with faster speeds and a more stable connection.

To connect to the internet while in communal spaces such as the lobby, fitness center, lounge, or pool area, use the building’s guest network.

Streaming & TV Access
Your apartment includes a Roku device for easy access to streaming apps and services. Click here for instructions.

Towels & Linens

Your room is stocked with towels and linens for each guest. You’ll find additional towels under the bathroom sink.

 

To help us stay green, we encourage you to reuse the towels provided and use the in-unit washer and dryer to keep them fresh during your stay. If you need extra towels or linens, feel free to reach out to Guest Services.

Thermostat

To operate the thermostat, use the switch on the left to toggle between heat, cool, or off.

 

Once you’ve selected a mode, press and hold either the + or – button until the temperature display blinks. Then, continue using the + or – buttons to set your desired temperature.

 

To adjust the fan, use the switch on the right to choose between:

-Auto Fan: The fan will cycle on and off as needed to maintain your selected temperature
-On: The fan will run continuously

 

Once your fan setting is visible on the screen, simply leave it as-is to activate.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, glassware, dishware, and utensils. Dishwasher pods and additional trash bags are provided under the kitchen sink, with extra available upon request.

Laundry

Use of the washer & dryer as well as complimentary laundry pods are included in your stay. Pods are located underneath the kitchen sink. Additional pods can be provided upon request.

Stay Services

Housekeeping

At Mint House, we’re committed to both your comfort and environmental sustainability. To minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact, housekeeping services are available by request only with at least 24 hours’ notice. To schedule service, please call us at (855) 972-9090 or text us at (646) 846-7374.

 

Our full clean includes towel replacement, trash removal, restocking of toiletries and paper goods, thorough floor cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping), fresh linens and towels, surface disinfection, and full replenishment of in-room amenities. This service is available by request and is priced at $65 for studios and one-bedrooms, and $75 for two- and three-bedrooms.

Packages & Mail

While we’re unable to accept packages directly at the building, we want to ensure you have convenient delivery options during your visit.

 

Off Site Package Pickup with Bounce
We’ve partnered with Bounce to offer secure offsite package acceptance. You can find nearby pickup locations, view pricing, and schedule a delivery here. It’s a simple, flexible way to receive packages while you’re here.

 

Amazon Deliveries
If you’re ordering from Amazon, we recommend using a nearby Amazon Hub Locker for quick and secure pickup:

(Located inside Whole Foods Market, approximately a 10-minute walk from your apartment)

 

At checkout, select “Amazon Hub Locker – Whole Foods Market” using ZIP code 37203 as your delivery address. Once your item is delivered, Amazon will send you a pickup code to access your locker.

Trash

Bagged trash can be disposed of in the trash room located beside Unit 357.

 

Please make sure all trash is securely bagged before using the chute. Cardboard and other bulky items should not go down the chute. Instead, break down any boxes and place them neatly along the wall inside the trash room.

 

We appreciate your help in keeping the building clean and comfortable for everyone.

Food Delivery

You’re welcome to order from any food delivery service during your stay. Please plan to meet your driver at the front entrance near the leasing office on the ground floor, where you first entered the building.

 

For easy access, you can direct the driver to park in the driveway spaces located on Pine Street.

Fitness Center

Located on the ground floor, the fitness center is open 24/7 and equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and a dedicated area for stretching or yoga. Your key fob is required for access.

Social Lounge

Just off the main lobby on the ground floor, the social lounge is open 24/7. The space includes soft seating, TVs, a kitchen area, a pool table, and shuffleboard. Your key fob is required for access.

Sky Lounge

Head to the rooftop to enjoy the indoor/outdoor sky lounge with sweeping views of downtown Nashville. Open 24/7, it’s an ideal place to relax, work, or unwind. Your key fob is required for access.

Outdoor Courtyard

Located on the first floor, the outdoor courtyard features BBQ grills, a fire pit, and lounge seating. Open 24/7 for your convenience. Your key fob required for access.

The Essentials

After-Hours Guest Cabinet

 

Should you need anything after our team has wrapped for the day, a self-service supply cabinet is available just off the elevator landing on the 3rd floor. You’ll find extra towels, linens, toiletries, and other everyday necessities to make your stay more comfortable.

 

We kindly ask that you take only what you need so all guests can continue to enjoy access to these items.

House Rules

Occupancy & Quiet Hours

To help ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and residents, we kindly ask that you observe the following occupancy limits:

 

Studio: 2
One Bedroom: 2
Two Bedroom: 4

 

As this is a residential building, please be mindful of our quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Loud gatherings and parties are not permitted. Violations may result in penalties or eviction, as outlined in our fee schedule.

Smoking Policy

All Mint House properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our apartments, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot away from the entry door by the smoking receptacle. Any sign of smoking in prohibited areas is a violation of our stay agreement. Please refer to our fee schedule for more details.

Checkout Instructions

Checkout time is 11:00 AM. When you’re ready to depart, please hang the check-out door hanger on the outside of your door and exit the unit.

Luggage Storage

Luggage storage is not available on-site. For your convenience, we recommend nearby storage services such as Bounce or LuggageHero, both of which offer secure, short-term storage options throughout the city. You can check availability and pricing through their websites or mobile apps.

Lost & Found

If you have left behind any items in your room, we will happily keep them for 30 days. We ask that you please follow the link below, to provide us all the details of what we will be looking for. Upon submission of your lost item report, you will receive further instructions.
