Arrival & Access

Building & Apartment Access

Step 1: Arrival and Garage Entry
If arriving via rideshare:
Continue past the Leasing Center and follow signs for “Garage Public Parking” off Catalina Drive.

 

-Enter the garage using the sidewalk to the left of the boom barrier
-Take an immediate left and use either elevator to reach the third floor
-As you exit, the Mint House entrance will be just ahead and to your left
-Press the house icon on the bottom left of the keypad and enter the building code found in your arrival details

 

If driving:
Enter the public garage from Catalina Drive.

-This is a paid facility, and guests are responsible for any parking charges
-The Mint House entrance is on the third floor, just to the left of the elevator
-Press the house icon on the keypad and enter the building code found in your arrival details

Step 2: Key Fob Pickup
Once inside, You’ll see the KeyCafe system mounted on the wall in front of you.

 

-Tap the screen in the lower left corner
-Select “Key Pickup”
-Enter the 8-digit code from your arrival instructions
-Press the green checkmark

 

The assigned bin will open automatically. Take your fob, close the bin, and continue to your apartment. Reminder: You’ll return your key fob to the KeyCafe at checkout.

 

Step 3: Fob Details
Your keychain includes two fobs:

 

-The blue Salto fob gives you access to your apartment, building entrances, elevators, and amenity spaces
-The green KeyCafe fob is only used to return the key at checkout and does not unlock any doors
Please keep both fobs on the keychain during your stay and return the full set before departure.

 

Step 4: Apartment Entry
-Tap the blue Salto fob on your door lock to enter.
The door will lock automatically when closed, so be sure to carry your fob with you anytime you leave the unit.

Parking

Parking Information

Onsite parking is available via a public parking garage operated by a third-party provider, SP+ Parking. Reservations are not required; however, guests must pay for parking using the ticket machine upon entry or exit.

 

Location and Directions:
Guests may park in any non-designated space within the garage. Please avoid parking in reserved or labeled spots, as these are not available for guest use.

 

Enforcement:
Parking is strictly enforced by the garage operator. Vehicles parked in reserved or designated spots may be towed at the owner’s expense. Guests are responsible for adhering to all posted signage and payment requirements.

 

EV Charging Stations:
EV charging stations are available onsite. Pricing and usage instructions are posted at each station.

WiFi & TV

 

To keep you connected throughout your stay, Mint House offers two WiFi networks, one for use inside your apartment and another for shared spaces throughout the building.

 

Apartment WiFi
Each apartment has a private WiFi network with faster speeds and a more stable connection.

Common Area WiFi
To connect to the internet while in communal spaces such as the lobby, fitness center, lounge, or pool area, use the building’s guest network.

To connect, select “Cox Internet Subscribers” and choose “Sign In.”

Streaming & TV Access
Your apartment is equipped with a Roku device for convenient access to streaming apps and services. Click here for instructions.

Towels & Linens

Your room is stocked with towels and linens for each guest. You’ll find additional towels under the bathroom sink.

 

To help us stay green, we encourage you to reuse the towels provided and use the in-unit washer and dryer to keep them fresh during your stay. If you need extra towels or linens, feel free to reach out to Guest Services.

Thermostat

To adjust the temperature in your apartment, start by using the switch on the bottom right of the thermostat to choose between Heat, Cool, or Off.

 

If you’ve selected heating or cooling, use the + or – buttons to set your preferred temperature. You can also control the fan setting using the switch on the bottom left:

 

-Auto: The fan will turn on and off automatically to maintain the selected temperature.
-On: The fan will run continuously.

 

Please note: The thermostat is preset to a range between 67°F and 77°F and cannot be adjusted beyond those limits.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, glassware, dishware, and utensils. Dishwasher pods and additional trash bags are provided under the kitchen sink, with extra available upon request.

Laundry

Use of the washer & dryer as well as complimentary laundry pods are included in your stay. Pods are located on the shelf above the washer and dryer. Additional pods can be provided upon request.

Stay Services

Housekeeping

At Mint House, we’re committed to both your comfort and environmental sustainability. To minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact, housekeeping services are available by request only with at least 24 hours’ notice. Our Full Clean includes towel replacement, trash removal, restocking of toiletries and paper goods, thorough floor cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping), fresh linens and towels, surface disinfection, and full replenishment of in-room amenities. This service is available by request and is priced at $65 for studios and one-bedrooms, and $75 for two- and three-bedrooms.

Packages & Mail

While we’re unable to accept packages directly at the building, we want to make sure you still have convenient delivery options during your visit.

 

Off Site Package Pickup with Bounce
We’ve partnered with Bounce to offer secure offsite package acceptance. You can find nearby pickup locations, view pricing, and schedule a delivery here. It’s a simple, flexible way to receive packages while you’re here.

 

Amazon Deliveries
If You’re ordering from Amazon, we recommend using a nearby Amazon Hub Locker for quick and secure pickup:

(Located just 0.5 miles away)

 

At checkout, select this locker as your delivery location using ZIP code 85012 as your delivery address. Once your item is delivered, Amazon will send you a pickup code to access your locker.

Trash

You can dispose of bagged trash in the trash room located directly across the hall from Unit 332.

 

Please ensure all trash is securely bagged before using the chute. Cardboard and other bulky items should not be placed in the chute. Instead, kindly break down any cardboard boxes and place them neatly along the wall inside the trash room.

Food Delivery

You’re welcome to order food delivery at any time during your stay. If your order arrives during leasing office hours (Mon–Fri: 9 AM–7 PM, Sat: 10 AM–5 PM, Sun: 1 PM–5 PM), staff will allow the driver to bring your delivery directly to your apartment.

 

If your delivery arrives outside of those hours, please plan to meet your driver at the building entrance.

Building Amenities

Pool & Hot Tub

Step outside to the ground-level pool and hot tub area, located just off the main lobby. The space features lounge seating and is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pool towels are provided in your apartment. Key fob required for access.

Fitness Center

Get your workout in at the ground-level fitness center, located next to the yoga studio. Open 24/7, the space includes cardio machines, free weights, and a stretching area. Key fob required for access.

Sky Deck

Head up to the Level 4 sky deck for panoramic views of Phoenix. Open 24/7, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. Seating is available throughout the space. Key fob required for access.

Social Lounge

Relax or connect in the social lounge, located off the main lobby. Open 24/7, the lounge offers comfortable seating and a kitchen space for casual gatherings or quiet downtime. Key fob required for access.

Conference Rooms

For quiet work or small meetings, make use of the conference rooms located within the co-working space on the ground floor. These rooms are available 24/7 on a first-come, first-served basis. Key fob required for access.

The Essentials

After-Hours Guest Cabinet

 

Should you need anything after our team has wrapped for the day, a self-service supply cabinet is available next to the Key Cafe on the 3rd floor. You’ll find extra towels, linens, toiletries, and other everyday necessities to make your stay more comfortable.

 

We kindly ask that you take only what you need so all guests can continue to enjoy access to these items.

House Rules

Occupancy & Quiet Hours

To help ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and residents, we kindly ask that you observe the following occupancy limits:

 

Studio: 2
One Bedroom: 2
Two Bedroom: 4

 

As this is a residential building, please be mindful of our quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Loud gatherings and parties are not permitted. Violations may result in penalties or eviction, as outlined in our fee schedule.

Smoking Policy

All Mint House properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our apartments, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot away from the entry door by the smoking receptacle. Any sign of smoking in prohibited areas is a violation of our stay agreement. Checkout Instructions

Checkout time is 11:00 AM. When you’re ready to depart, please hang the check-out door hanger on the outside of your door and return your key fobs to the Keycafe.

Luggage Storage

Luggage storage is not available on-site. For your convenience, we recommend nearby storage services such as Bounce or LuggageHero, both of which offer secure, short-term storage options throughout the city. You can check availability and pricing through their websites or mobile apps.

Lost & Found

If you have left behind any items in your room, we will happily keep them for 30 days. We ask that you please follow the link below, to provide us all the details of what we will be looking for. Upon submission of your lost item report, you will receive further instructions.
